This policy explains what personal data ithome.gr collects, why it collects it, and what rights you have. It applies from its date of publication.

What we collect and why

The site asks for nothing in order for you to browse it. Data is collected only if you fill in the contact form:

• Your name and email, so that we can reply to you
• Your phone number, only if you choose to provide it
• The text of your message
• Your IP address and the time of submission

The IP address is recorded for one reason only: to limit automated spam submissions. It is not used to identify or track you.

Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent, which you give explicitly before sending. Without it, the form is not submitted.

How long we keep it

Messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your request, and for a reasonable period afterwards so that a record of the correspondence exists. You may request their deletion at any time.

Who we share it with

No one. Messages are stored on the site's server and read only by ITHome. They are not sold, rented, or passed to third parties for advertising purposes.

Cookies

The site uses no tracking cookies, no analytics, and no advertising cookies. There is no Google Analytics or equivalent service.

Only two strictly necessary items are used:

• A session cookie, on the Contact page only, which protects the form against malicious submissions. It is deleted as soon as you close your browser.
• A local record of your light or dark theme preference. It stays on your device and is never sent to us.

Links to other sites

The Contact page includes a link to a map, and the clients section includes links to our customers' websites. These are links, not embeds, so none of your details are sent before you click. Once you do, the other site's policy applies.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure and restriction of processing, as well as the right to withdraw your consent. Send us an email and your request will be carried out free of charge. If you believe your data has not been handled properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.

Security

The connection to the site is encrypted. Access to messages requires a password and is protected against automated login attempts.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version is published on this page.
